Pet Care and Grooming Tips from Pet Styles

Our blog is written for the dog and cat owners we see every week in the salon — real questions we hear at drop-off, plus the practical care information we wish more people knew before their first grooming visit. You'll find honest answers on how often to bathe a dog, whether shaving a double coat in summer really helps (it doesn't), what to ask when you're auditioning a new groomer, and how to make the appointment itself less stressful for a nervous pet. Every post is grounded in what we actually do in the salon and what our clients here in Bartlett, Memphis, and Cordova ask us about most. If you have a topic you'd like us to cover next, let us know when you visit or send us an email.

Pet Styles Grooming Salon has served the Bartlett, Memphis, and Cordova, TN pet community for more than a decade. Our owner is a graduate of the Stateline All-Breed Grooming Academy of Tennessee, and our team brings over 50 years of combined grooming experience to every appointment. We use only all-natural, veterinarian-approved products — including Tropiclean, which we're the only local carrier for — and we never sedate the pets in our care.
